Originally a mountain farm over 200 years ago, with only donkey access, and laying empty for the last 40 years, this collection of 10 stone buildings is far along the process of being renovated and converted to an exclusive resort or highly individual private residence.

The village of ancient stone houses, deserted and crumbling, rises out of the mountain on a tree-covered slope, 800 metres from the azure blue adriatic sea. Stonemasons have rebuilt the ruins into an unique central stone house, with a series of smaller houses in the grounds, eachwith bedroom, wetroom and terrace, to create different accommodation experiences.
The central stone house looks out to panoramic views of the bay below, and the mountains of Hvar island. It contains two main bedrooms, a commercial size kitchen space, inside dining areas, communal living spaces with sky terrace,wine cellars, and storage rooms.
